BetMGM tapped SJP Properties’ project management expertise to navigate the complexities of their new workspace in Jersey City, NJ.  SJP spearheaded the entire process – from design team selection and construction manager bidding to final occupancy. Their comprehensive services ensured a smooth project flow, encompassing AV installation, IT set-up, security systems implementation and final closeout with the general contractor. SJP also facilitated communication and negotiations with the landlord, ensuring a successful project delivery for BetMGM.

This next-generation workspace has created a cutting-edge office ecosystem that enables BetMGM to attract and retain the industry’s top talent. With a focus on technology and innovation throughout the space, the BetMGM office features an open, collaborative layout; a communal sports technology hub that includes a sports bar in the center of the floor; and sweeping views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.

To oversee and navigate the complexities of a modern, tech-heavy workplace, SJP Project Solutions partnered with the world-renowned architecture firm, Gensler, and a mechanical and technology consultant to complete this project effectively and efficiently.
