Pozycki Hall at Monmouth University
Stewardship

To mentor the next generation of great business and real estate leaders, SJP developed Pozycki Hall, a 20,000-square-foot addition to Monmouth University’s Bey Hall. Pozycki Hall supports the growing needs of the university’s Leon Hess Business School and the Kislak Real Estate Institute. Pozycki Hall was donated to the university by SJP Properties’ founder and Monmouth University Board of Trustees member Steven J. Pozycki.

Designed by DMR Architects, the property benefits from SJP Properties focus on integrating technology, sustainability, aesthetics, and human well-being in the built environment. The state-of-the-art academic building offers exceptional educational facilities, including four general-purpose classrooms, a 170-seat auditorium, conference rooms, eight faculty offices, an exterior terrace, and a student lounge. Pozycki Hall features an exterior brick façade with architectural details that complement the surrounding campus buildings. The building connects to the existing Bey Hall via a second floor pedestrian bridge.
