95 Greene Street

A former Colgate-Palmolive toothpaste factory, 95 Greene Street was acquired by SJP in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors and was subsequently transformed into a Class A office and retail building in just 10 months. Stripping the building down to its concrete structure, SJP repositioned the property’s core; installed new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems; and converted the basement into parking for more than 130 cars. The building is a standout in an area of downtown Jersey City dubbed “Wall Street West” for its concentration of high-caliber financial firms.
