SJP Properties constructed Mazars’ new suburban office space, seamlessly adapting their existing NYC office standards for a more relaxed setting. Located on the ground floor, the space exemplifies a unique blend of indoor and outdoor environments. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio create a cohesive connection to the surrounding landscape, offering a fresh and inviting work experience for Mazars’ suburban team. Exposed waffle slab ceilings and soaring ceiling heights, a signature architectural element of 200 Wood Avenue South, were highlighted in the design.

Glass front offices, meeting rooms, huddle rooms and open concept office seating comprise the entire interior layout.
