SJP Properties was selected through a competitive RFP process to manage the construction and execution of a collaborative workspace designed for Helsinn Therapeutics.
Located on the first floor, the space boasts an outdoor terrace which provides Helsinn employees with a unique private workspace directly connected to the building’s central lawn through glass doors. Employee well-being was a key factor in Helsinn’s move from their outdated sublease space, and SJP Properties played a crucial role in bringing HLW’s vision to life.
The design utilizes the existing soaring ceiling heights and exposed waffle slab to create a sense of openness and grandeur, allowing the office to feel like an extension of the outdoor space, perfectly complementing Helsinn’s desire for a modern and collaborative workspace.
