Shayanne Joseph

Shayanne Joseph joined SJP Properties in mid-2023 with five plus years of experience in the accounting field. Her experience includes having previously worked as a project accountant at ZDG Construction Management in New York City. Prior to starting at ZDG, she worked as a real estate accountant for Seritage Growth Properties, also in New York City. As part of her role at SJP Properties, she currently works with construction and development accounting, assisting the construction team in timely billing and management of ongoing projects.

Shayanne holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
