Shaun Freire

Shaun is a Project Engineer currently working on a major project in Hoboken, NJ consisting of a nearly 300,000 sf buildout for a Fortune 500 company. The project is multi-phased and is slated for completion in late 2026. Shaun has seven years of industry experience focused on the New York/New Jersey markets and encompasses varying projects including commercial, residential and retail.

Shaun’s strengths are project planning, technical problem-solving and stakeholder coordination. He is adept at turning concepts into practical solutions while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
