Rebecca Sohn

Rebecca Sohn joined SJP in 2011 and is a Project Manager with 14 years of residential development experience with a focus on project financials. She graduated Summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.

As a Contract & Cost Manager, Rebecca works closely with the accounting department to provide a bridge between accounting and construction. She primarily focuses on maintaining budgets and reviewing all costs, changes orders and requisitions for accuracy. To date, Rebecca has managed over $1 billion of development assets for the company.

Most recently, Rebecca worked on the development of 200 Amsterdam, a 55-story, 112-unit luxury condominium in New York City. Rebecca was engaged from the assembly of the design team through construction to the first year of condominium closings and building startup.

Prior to 200 Amsterdam, Rebecca served as the project manager in the development of The Modern in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Rebecca was involved in activities from site plan approval through final certificate of occupancy, project close-out and operations. During construction, she helped manage the general contractor in addition to over 40 subcontractors.
