Nimesh Majmudar

Nimesh Majmudar serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at SJP Properties, where he leads the company’s finance and accounting functions and helps drive strategic initiatives that support continued growth and operational excellence.

With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, compliance and operations leadership within the industry, Nimesh has successfully managed large, complex real estate portfolios across diverse asset classes. He is recognized for strengthening financial controls, improving operational efficiency and delivering accurate and timely financial reporting while building high-performance teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Prior to joining SJP Properties, Nimesh held senior accounting leadership positions at Related Companies, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Accounting. In that role, he oversaw financial reporting and compliance for more than 215 residential assets across 10 states and played an instrumental role in major real estate transactions, technology implementations, process automation initiatives and the integration of artificial intelligence withing accounting operations. His accomplishments include streamlining monthly close processes through centralized reporting tools and improving enterprise-wide vendor payment efficiencies.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Nimesh combines deep financial expertise with a passion for technology, process optimization and team development.
