Laura Noel
Laura Noel has over 35 years of experience supporting executives in an administrative role.
At SJP Properties, she interacts across all properties providing contract administration from leveling bids, to reviewing and issuing contracts. Laura supports all Property Managers and property management personnel by administering portfolio-wide contracts for uniforms, multi-function machines and others. Laura also provides support to the corporate office, providing leadership to the rest of the property management office team, working closely with Accounting on invoice processing and with IT Support for the New Jersey office. She obtains all equipment and access set up, as well as providing IT contact information for all new employees.
In her role as Co-Manager Human Resources, Laura handles company-wide HR needs, which include hiring, onboarding of all new employees, 401K enrollment, payroll processing, insurance enrollment, disability paperwork, employee handbook updates, and access card input and distribution.
Laura is currently working towards her BOMA Real Property Administrator degree. She is also a Notary in the State of New Jersey.
Laura was previously employed with a premier Park and Recreation Consultant/Professional Engineer and Landscape Architect firm for 22 years as Office Manager and IT Manager.
