John Betts

John Betts brings more than 30 years of commercial property and facility management experience to his position as Senior Property Manager at SJP Properties for the 1.6 million square foot Hoboken Waterfront Corporate Center portfolio. John is responsible for managing the day-to-day building operations and financial reporting, while providing first-class management service.

John previously served as Property Manager with SJP Properties for Two Riverfront Plaza and 95 Greene Street. Prior to joining SJP Properties, he provided facility and building operations management for clients such as Volvo Cars NA and Tiffany & Company. He has also worked for several third-party real estate firms including CBRE, Johnson Controls Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle whose portfolios included Microsoft, TD Bank, Honeywell and Duane Reade.

John is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. He is a member of New Jersey BOMA and attended Trenton State College.
