Jennifer Frech

Jennifer Frech joined SJP in 2018 as a Senior Property Accountant and initially worked with the construction department on the development of 200 Amsterdam, a 55-story, 112-unit luxury condominium in New York City.  The property is currently approximately 90% sold.

Jennifer is also responsible for a commercial property at 470 Park Ave South in New York City since SJP purchased the property in December 2018 in addition to other various properties in New Jersey.

After graduating from the State University of New York at Oneonta, she was in public accounting for over 15 years, auditing Commercial, Cooperative and Condominium properties in New York City.
