Claude Hunt

Claude Hunt is the Assistant Property Manager at SJP Properties for Somerset Corporate Center, a 1.2 million square foot multi-building asset located in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and our Morristown campus, consisting of M Station East, 70 Speedwell Avenue, and the soon to be constructed M Station West. Claude has oversight and responsibility for 1.8 million square feet of our premier real estate assets housing several Class A tenants, including Deloitte LLP, Valley Bank, Bausch Health, Messer North America, Inc. and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.

Prior to joining SJP, Claude was a building manager for Adams & Co., LLC in New York City. Claude brings twenty years of experience to the role working through every level of building operations.

Claude is currently working towards obtaining the BOMI RPA Designation.
