Riddhi Rana

Riddhi joined SJP Properties in 2020 as a temporary hire and swiftly transitioned to a permanent role as a staff accountant. She was later promoted to Senior Property Accountant. In her current role, she is responsible for managing daily cash operations and preparing monthly financial reports for notable commercial properties such as various Somerset entities, Two Riverfront, and GICC—an international commerce center development in Georgia. Additionally, she manages the accounting for SJP’s landscaping division, Park Settings.

Riddhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from William Paterson University, which has been instrumental in shaping her successful career in financial management.
