Joanna Curti

Joanna Curti joined SJP Properties in 2018 and is involved with corporate accounting, including performing monthly reconciliations, job cost and financial reporting, preparation of cash flows and forecasting schedules for SJP Properties. She also works with construction accounting, assembling bank loan draws and capital call requests for new development and redevelopment projects, and tracking costs in accordance with the budget. She has experience with commercial property accounting and has also worked on underwriting new and redevelopment projects.  Joanna has over twelve years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Prior to that, she worked with a global financial services organization, within their Corporate Trust group.  Joanna graduated from Baruch College (CUNY) with an Accounting degree and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
