The restaurant buildout for Sanofi at 100 Morris Street in Morristown, New Jersey is a central amenity within the company’s new flagship presence at M Station West. Designed as a public-facing, world-class dining destination of more than 20,000 square feet, the ground-floor restaurant serves Sanofi’s more than 2,000 employees and the broader Morristown community. The buildout includes hospitality-grade features, including a specialized HVAC system that required phased redesign, zoning approvals, and temporary mechanical solutions during construction. Branding and visibility were strengthened through coordinated signage installation and rework, including column-mounted elements that enhance street-level presence. The restaurant is integrated with the larger Sanofi campus, which includes three outdoor terraces and an expansive rooftop offering wellness programming, herb gardens that supply the dining venue and additional areas that promote a work-life blend. These amenities shape circulation, back-of-house functions, and overall restaurant operations.
As both an employee amenity and community asset, the restaurant supports daily dining, informal gatherings, employee–community interaction, corporate events and receptions. The space reinforces Sanofi’s commitment to wellness, sustainability and urban connectivity through healthy food options, fresh-ingredient programs tied to rooftop gardens and a vibrant pedestrian experience in downtown Morristown. SJP’s Core & Shell Development Team and Interior SJP Project Solutions Fit-Out Team worked collaboratively to deliver a cohesive, high-performance restaurant environment aligned with the broader campus vision.
