SJP completed the demise and fit-out for Oracle in Somerset Corporate Center Building 100. The 17,500 SF fit-out was completed in June 2020 despite numerous COVID mandated work stoppages. The project features a mix of open and cloud acoustical ceilings providing a modern aesthetic accentuating the excellent base building features of Somerset Corporate Center I.

The project also features a collaborative center pantry and numerous collaborative workspaces designed to reflect a modern style of workplace. SJP completed the project on schedule and under budget despite the COVID complications during the project timeline.
