SJP Properties completed the NICE Systems US Headquarters construction in the Waterfront Corporate Center III building. With construction occurring simultaneously with the Newell Brands project (resulting in over 160,000 sf of concurrent construction), the SJP Properties team completed the NICE project on time and under budget and delivered the space with Port Authority approval a day ahead of scheduled move-in.

The NICE project required substantial schedule coordination to sequence the unique architectural ceiling panels, specialty finished concrete floors and custom office front system. Utilizing concise project phasing, SJP Properties was able to synchronize all trades to complete the detailed finish requirements. SJP Properties also coordinated each overhead hanger with the custom fabric ceiling panels to minimize cuts and preserve the detailed architecture of the NICE space.
