Newell Brands Headquarters

The SJP Properties team completed the Newell Brands Headquarters construction in the Waterfront Corporate Center III building. Newell Brands was a uniquely designed interior project with copious specialty finishes conceived by Perkins+Will Architects. With numerous long lead specialty finishes, the SJP Properties team utilized a detailed, project specific procurement tracking program to monitor each material delivery date and accurately track project timing to forecast the project completion. 

SJP Properties worked closely with the Port Authority to obtain authorization to occupy the Newell floors immediately following resolution of the Port Authority comments by the project architect. SJP’s expertise with the Port Authority approval process was a critical component to obtaining the consent to occupy.
