Life Time Work

A 31,744 SF conversion of legacy pharmaceutical office space into a modern Life Time Work co-working center. SJP partnered with Life Time Work to redesign and enhance the existing layout while creating numerous cost saving opportunities to convert the existing layout and infrastructure into a modern pod based co-working space. 

The project included extensive architectural finish upgrades throughout the space and focused improvements on a community break room, reception, lounge and library. The project features architectural open ceilings throughout common areas and reception and architectural wood floors throughout all common spaces. The build-out was completed on an accelerated four (4) month timeline and was completed on time and under budget.
