Kepos Capital

Kepos Capital selected SJP to build-out their Manhattan headquarters project on an expedited schedule to facilitate their move into Eleven Times Square. In partnership with Nelson, SJP completed design and construction documents in under two (2) weeks and construction in sixteen (16) weeks to meet the time constraints of this challenging project. The project includes 10’6” finished ceilings requiring precise coordination of MEP equipment to achieve soaring office ceiling heights and 10’ clear glass tag wall office fronts.

The project includes polished concrete floors and acoustical cloud ceilings housing all  the tenant’s mechanical equipment resulting in a clean, modern open ceiling design. The project also features a full glass library / conference room with sliding glass doors and access to an exclusive exterior terrace with sweeping views of Manhattan and the Hudson River. A private locker room and bike storage were also installed to accommodate Kepos staff’s passion for cycling.
