EY selected SJP Properties to complete the highly anticipated buildout of their first EY at Work concept in the US. The concept was designed to provide EY a workplace with enhanced focus on integration, collaboration and innovation. The design concept also assists with the recruitment and retention of a new generation of EY employees centered in Hoboken.

SJP Properties was awarded this fast-track project because of our proven track record for completing projects in Hoboken, New Jersey. Our team engaged in a detailed (and fast-paced) value engineering effort to evaluate over 40 different design components to maximize the project value for EY. The SJP project team also performed significant design coordination to seam together multiple project components from a variety of international vendors (furniture, IT, AV, etc.).
