Everest Clinical Research, a leading full-service contract research organization, partnered with SJP Project Solutions to establish its U.S. hub at Somerset Corporate Center I. The 11,045-square-foot buildout was designed to meet Everest’s operational and strategic needs in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors while providing a modern, collaborative work environment.

The space features four conference rooms equipped for client meetings, team collaboration and virtual conferencing, as well as a wellness room dedicated to promoting employee health and well-being. A private phone room offers a quiet area for confidential calls, while an open workspace encourages flexibility and collaboration among team members. Executive offices and private offices provide leadership and staff with spaces for focused work and confidentiality, ensuring a balance between openness and privacy throughout the design.

This buildout supports a range of uses beyond traditional office functions. It is optimized for clinical trial coordination, regulatory compliance and client engagement, with conference rooms tailored for presentations and strategic discussions.
