Ekaterra Tea (LIPTON)

Ekaterra Tea, better known as Lipton Teas and Infusions, completed a 15,183-square-foot full-floor custom buildout at Waterfront Corporate Center II in Hoboken, NJ. The project delivered a high-end, Class A office environment tailored to Lipton’s global brand identity. The design incorporated an open floor plan to foster collaboration and flexibility, branded elements and finishes aligned with Lipton’s sustainability and wellness ethos and natural lighting complemented by clean, modern lines. State-of-the-art technology was integrated throughout the space to support conferencing and hybrid work.

The buildout was designed to serve multiple functions, including executive offices and collaborative workspaces for global brand teams, innovation hubs for product development and marketing strategy, client engagement areas for hosting partners and events and flexible meeting rooms equipped with advanced audiovisual systems for global connectivity. Employee wellness zones were also included, reflecting Lipton’s commitment to sustainability and well-being.

This buildout exemplifies brand-centric design for global corporations, transit-oriented development in a vibrant urban setting and SJP’s expertise in delivering bespoke, high-performance office environments. It serves as a model for future workplace strategies that blend flexibility, technology and wellness.
