SJP Project Solutions was selected by Eisai in July 2020 to perform pre–construction and construction management services for their US Headquarters office relocation project. SJP was selected through an exhaustive search for the most qualified construction management firms in the New York / New Jersey Metropolitan area. Despite competition from three of the top ten ENR construction management firms, SJP was selected due to our unique services in creating value for the tenant and leveraging our fully integrated approach to deliver a fully cohesive project on time and under budget. SJP provided in-depth advisory and advocacy to achieve a GMP at Eisai’s budget despite numerous design changes by the project stakeholders.
