SJP Properties completed a 310,000-square-foot headquarters buildout for Bausch Health at Somerset Corporate Center IV in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The project included private offices, open workstations, collaborative areas, and meeting facilities designed to meet the tenant’s operational needs.
The standout achievement was the accelerated timeline: SJP fully demolished, built out, and completed Floors 6–8 in just eight weeks to meet Bausch Health’s move-out deadline. This demonstrated SJP’s ability to execute complex, large-scale projects under tight time constraints and reinforced Somerset Corporate Center IV’s position as a premier headquarters asset.
