SJP Properties was chosen as Construction Manager by Bausch Health to renovate their newly leased space at 400 Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Due to their schedule constraints, SJP Properties fully demolished, built out and completed Floors 6, 7 & 8 within eight weeks so that Bausch Health could meet their move out schedule from their prior space.
