Barry’s, the global leader in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), expanded into Hoboken, NJ with a flagship studio at 121 River Street. The move reflects Barry’s commitment to serving Hoboken’s vibrant, health-conscious community while leveraging its prime location within SJP Properties’ Waterfront Corporate Center II, a 26-acre riverfront site with sweeping Manhattan views and direct access to Hoboken Terminal’s multimodal transit hub.

The goal was to create a state-of-the-art fitness environment aligned with Barry’s premium brand identity and seamlessly integrated into Hoboken’s dynamic waterfront district. The buildout needed to deliver an immersive workout experience, support retail operations and foster community engagement—all within a tight timeline.

Barry’s Hoboken studio features a meticulous design that balances functionality and luxury. High-end flooring, custom millwork and modern aesthetics create a fully customized brand experience, while spa-quality locker room fixtures enhance comfort and convenience.

Sustainable power solutions were sourced and contractors coordinated with Pure Power Engineering on energy systems and construction sequencing to meet Barry’s specifications.
