In spring of 2023, Sanofi began a search for a new home office for their Opella Division. This search culminated in a lease for a three-story semi-connected retail and office building. The renovation of this pre-war building in the heart of downtown Morristown required extensive structural modifications and an infrastructure overhaul, all while maintaining the day-to-day occupancy of the building.

This project created a Class A open office and meeting space with an interior connecting coffee shop. The coffee shop became an integral amenity to the office space, while also serving as a connection to the general public

The highlight of this fit-out is the meticulous coordination of high-end finishes. Whether it was the two new interior ornamental stairs, architectural ceiling features or the extensive interior lighting design, each component was integrated into the existing conditions flawlessly.
