(July 08, 2014) – With construction progressing rapidly at The Modern, the iconic luxury apartment community situated in the heart of the revitalized downtown district in Fort Lee, N.J., SJP Residential has announced the launch of Priority Registration to provide prospective residents with exclusive notifications and information regarding leasing opportunities.

The striking 47-story glass tower has transformed the Bergen County skyline and is poised to set the standard for true luxury, offering breathtaking panoramic views of New York City, the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge and surrounding landscape. Additionally, SJP will develop a 13,000-square-foot building to be donated to the Borough of Fort Lee, which will house a large public theater and a public museum.

SJP is developing The Modern in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. The tower is part of a larger mixed-use redevelopment of a 16-acre site that will contain 165,000 square feet of retail in an adjoining development parcel.
