E*TRADE selected SJP to partner with Nelson and AKF to manage the design and construction of their Northeast American Headquarters at Eleven Times Square. By selecting SJP early in the process, the entire project team was able to deliver the design ahead of schedule and ultimately deliver the office 60 days prior to the scheduled move-in date. Turning over each step of the process ahead of schedule ultimately created a more collaborate project team and allowed time for E*TRADE to manage the transition between offices seamlessly.

This interior design required intense coordination of high-end finishes, with an abundance of technology. Polished concrete flooring, exposed open ceilings and extensive millwork concepts required heavy coordination with a relentless audiovisual and IT infrastructure required to meet the expectations for the home for E*TRADE’s executive department.
