Sean Grace has been with SJP Properties and working at 11 Times Square since the building’s construction was completed in 2010. With over 40 years of combined experience in security management and law enforcement, Sean Grace has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in safeguarding assets, mitigating risks and ensuring the safety of our SJP personnel, our tenants and our asset. Sean is best known for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies and team building as well as tenant relations. He has a proven track record of enhancing security protocols to align with evolving threats and industry best practices.
