Ryan Klaasen
Ryan Klaasen brings more than 17 years of equipment operation and building maintenance experience to his position as Chief Engineer at 200 Wood Ave. South.
Prior to joining SJP Properties in 2014, Ryan worked as a shift engineer in CNBC’s critical facility at Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
As an Operating Engineer in the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 68, Ryan holds his 1st Class Gold Seal Refrigeration/High Pressure Steam license and a New Jersey Master HVACR Contractor’s license. In his free time, he has also worked as a part time instructor for Local 68’s training center in West Caldwell, New Jersey teaching courses on refrigeration, basic electricity and building maintenance.
