Manny Odor

Joining the SJP team in 2024, Manny currently manages one of five buildings at Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Manny brings to SJP a vast record of experience with proficient abilities in building maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and electrical repairs.

With over a decade of building engineering experience through JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and JPMorganChase, he is eager to bring a vast set of knowledge and skill to the team.

Having earned his stripes through Berkeley College and Local 68, Manny currently holds a Blue/Black Seal NJ Engineers License and is certified for CFC Refrigeration.
