Karen Mira

Karen Mira is an Assistant Property Manager for SJP Properties, providing best-in-class management services at the Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, NJ. She is an accomplished professional with over nine years of commercial property management experience in New York City. Prior to joining SJP, Karen managed several A & B Class buildings in prime Manhattan real estate locations for Cushman & Wakefield, RXR Realty and Lincoln Property Company. During her tenor with Lincoln Property Company, she was a part of the winning team of the 2022 BOMA Pinnacle award for Operations & Management. Karen has also managed a large-scale shopping center in Brooklyn, NY for Forest City Ratner and Madison International Realty.

In her role at SJP, Karen supports the day-to-day operations and financial oversight of the Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, NJ.

Karen is a graduate of Pace University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her certification in Commercial Property Management at NYU School of Professional Studies.
