Joseph Panetta

With over 23 years of experience in engineering and a passion for innovation and technology, Joseph Panetta serves as the Assistant Chief Engineer at SJP Properties. Known for his skill with electrical power systems, information technology and mechanicals, Joe plays a pivotal role in achieving sustainability goals, monitoring project progress, repair and maintenance, requisitions and optimizing processes for efficiency. As the team lead, Joe excels in sharing his many years of technical knowledge and expertise and handles the daily scheduling of the engineering team.

Prior to joining SJP Properties, Joseph Panetta gained valuable experience in Class A commercial assets at Jones Lang Lasalle, Global Holdings and Cushman Wakefield. He holds certifications in refrigeration systems, sprinkler systems, plumbing, homeland security and fire safety.

Joe thrives on mentoring new employees, solving difficult mechanical issues and overseeing the operation of 11 Times Square.
