Joe Boyland

Joe Boyland joined the SJP Properties team in 2003 at the Waterfront Corporate Center site in Hoboken, New Jersey. He is currently the Lead Engineer at Waterfront Corporate Center I in Hoboken and maintains and operates all building systems including HVAC units and life safety systems. Joe communicates daily with property management, building services, tenants and contractors.

Prior to SJP, Joe worked 15 years at Garden State Paper in Garfield, New Jersey as a millwright and schedule/planner.

Joe is a proud 44-year member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 68 and a graduate of the Local 68 Training Center in West Caldwell, New Jersey.

Joe holds three New Jersey State Engineering Licenses: Red Seal Steam License, Blue Seal Refrigeration License and Master HVACR Contractor License.
