Sonata Servetkaite

Sonata Serverkaite joined SJP in early 2024 as a Senior Property Accountant responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties and all accounting functions within that portfolio.

Prior to joining SJP Properties, Sonata worked in the real estate industry for various reputable companies such as Aion Management and The Silverman Group for over a decade. With a vast range of real estate accounting experience within the multifamily sector, Sonata has proven track record in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, acquisitions and system implementation functions.

She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Kean University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Seton Hall University.
