Mariseli Saenz

Mariseli Saenz joined SJP Properties in July 2023 as a Senior Property Accountant. Her role includes overseeing cash operations and preparing monthly financial reports for commercial properties. She also prepares tenant reconciliations and assists with annual budgets and re-forecasts.

Prior to joining SJP, Mariseli worked for both public and corporate accounting and has acquired knowledge in various industries. With almost 10 years of experience in the accounting field, she has developed expertise in financial reporting and financial planning.

Mariseli is a graduate of Bloomfield College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
