Maria Reis-Faria

Maria is the Accounting Manager at SJP Properties, leveraging over 25 years of expertise in financial management and property accounting. She began their career at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed the Lehman Brothers account before joining SJP Properties in 2006 as a Senior Property Accountant.

Maria graduated from Berkeley College with a Business Administration degree, complementing her extensive hands-on experience in real estate accounting and financial management. Throughout her tenure, Maria has played a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes and reporting.   She provides guidance and leadership support to the accounting team ensuring that they have the tools necessary to excel in their roles.
