Ghadir Alwan joined SJP Properties in November 2021. She brings a dedicated approach to ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency in real estate reporting. Her role includes overseeing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing detailed financial reports for a diverse portfolio of properties that help property owners make informed decisions. She manages lease accounting processes, including rent schedules, CAM charges, and tenant reconciliations.

Ghadir has over a decade of experience in financial reporting and auditing. She previously worked for Marcum LLP with expertise in financial reporting and audits for diverse clients, ensuring adherence to financial standards.

Ghadir is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
