Valley Bank selected SJP Properties to develop their new headquarters in historic, downtown Morristown. The office and retail building accommodates 600 employees and was designed by architecture firm Gensler. The property is a tech-enabled, energy-efficient hybrid building that has achieved LEED Silver certification. With an exterior that complements the masonry tradition of Morristown and an interior flooded with natural light, the 120,000-square-foot office has an airy feel that integrates sprawling outdoor terraces overlooking the green and urban landscapes of Morris County.
The entire SJP team worked in collaboration to deliver the lease, project approvals, core & shell and interior fit-out in record time.
