The building contains telephone and internet capabilities for 24-hour customer service, as well as a robotic storage and retrieval system manufactured in Europe that is used for immediate responses to customer needs. SJP provided comprehensive development services to Tiffany & Co., including site selection, pre-development consulting, pre-construction advising, project management during construction and acting as owner representative throughout the process.
