TIAA (Nuveen)

TIAA performed an office renovation of their entire existing office space at 194 Wood Avenue in Metropark, New Jersey. To accomplish this project, TIAA needed to relocate their entire existing office staff and therefore work on an accelerated delivery schedule to return their workforce back to the office in the shortest possible timeline. SJP Project Solutions was selected due to our expertise with condensed project schedules and integrated project delivery. SJP worked tireless to condense the overall construction schedule to nine weeks from award to project completion including furniture, owner supplied materials, audio visual and IT.

The project features an open office layout with exposed ceilings, acoustic K-13 spray on all open areas, natural wood floors and glass offices throughout.
