SJP Properties is the lead developer on the HELIX NJ H-2 project, the second phase of the New Jersey Health & Life Science Exchange (HELIX NJ) development. In December 2023, Nokia Bell Labs signed a lease as the sole tenant of H-2’s 350,000 SF building, expecting occupancy in 2028. HELIX NJ is a four-acre center of innovation amongst the life science, technology and academic sectors that drive much of the New Jersey economy, providing industries and universities with the critical ecosystem to research, learn, work and collaborate.
