200 Amsterdam

A Joint Venture between SJP and Mitsui Fudosan America, 200 Amsterdam is a distinctive 670 foot, 52 story, condominium tower located at 69th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood. The design was inspired by the late 19th and early 20th century architecture that lines Central Park West. Elkus Manfredi Architects designed the building containing 112 luxury residences featuring panoramic views of Central Park, the Hudson River, and the Midtown skyline. The residences feature interiors by CetraRuddy and  have access to the building’s state-of-the-art club style amenities.
