NEW YORK (July 22, 2025) – SJP Properties has announced a ten-year, 10,881-square-foot lease renewal with premier matrimonial and family law firm Rabin & Partners, LLP. Rabin & Partners is a longtime tenant at the 40-story, 1.1-million-square-foot Class A office and retail tower. The property is situated at 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue where New York’s busiest subway station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal, which is presently undergoing a $10 billion renovation, meet.
