SJP Properties completed a 2,338-square-foot ground-floor wellness facility for SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio at 70 Speedwell Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey. The studio enhances the property’s amenity mix with a hospitality-driven concept centered on infrared sauna therapy, cold plunge immersion and private contrast-therapy experiences.
The buildout required close coordination of specialized equipment and infrastructure, including private sauna suites, cold plunge facilities, vitamin C showers and the mechanical and plumbing systems needed to support intensive wellness operations. SJP delivered a fully operational facility aligned with SweatHouz’s national brand standards.
