Toastique

The Toastique project, located in Morristown, New Jersey, was delivered in August 2025. The interior design emphasizes a modern, health-focused environment, complemented by a custom mural from local artist Olga Muzician that features prominent Morristown landmarks. The décor also integrates elements reflecting the owners’ Nigerian heritage, contributing to a unique and culturally resonant atmosphere.

The project execution followed a strategic sequence, including structural fit-out, signage installation, meter programming and final inspections. This approach facilitated staff training prior to the official opening.

A single-source project management methodology was employed by SJP Project Solutions, ensuring unified oversight from site preparation through tenant move-in. This strategy streamlined communication and minimized delays among contractors, engineers and the Toastique franchise team. Early completion of advanced Building Management System (BMS) programming and energy monitoring supported both sustainability and operational efficiency. The buildout was aligned with Toastique’s brand identity and complied with Valley HQ’s architectural standards, resulting in a cohesive and compliant design.
