In April 2025, Unilever officially opened its new U.S. headquarters at Waterfront Corporate Center I, 111 River Street, Hoboken, NJ. This strategic relocation from Englewood Cliffs reflects Unilever’s commitment to workplace innovation, sustainability and hybrid work models. The buildout spans 111,000 square feet across three floors and accommodates 1,100+ employees from key business units and corporate functions.

Delivered by SJP Project Solutions, the space integrates advanced technology and elegant interior aesthetics to support modern workstyles. SJP’s in-house experts across approvals, design, engineering, construction and commissioning worked in parallel to compress timelines and ensure quality. Some furniture deliveries extended beyond initial completion, requiring adaptive scheduling and communication.

In addition, the project won NAIOP’s 2025 Office Deal of the Year, underscoring its innovation and impact.
